8. Shipping
We provide shipping nationwide throughout the United States.
The shipping rules currently applicable are as follows:
Processing Time: 2–3 business days.
Same-Day Processing Cutoff: Orders placed before 6:00 PM begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on holidays will roll over to the next business day.
Transit Time: 10–14 business days.
Shipping Fee: €13 for orders under €200.
Free Shipping: Orders of €200 or more qualify for free shipping.
Taxes: Taxes are included in product prices.
Customs Clearance: The logistics provider handles customs clearance.
Additional Customs Clearance Charges: Customers do not pay additional customs clearance charges.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when available.
Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

9. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders may be canceled, subject to review of the order's current status.
Shipped orders generally cannot be canceled. If an order has already shipped, you should wait for the product to be delivered and then follow the return process described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers may submit cancellation requests by email or phone, with email being the preferred contact method. To help us locate and verify your order, you should provide, where reasonably available:

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may be affected by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Eligible returns may generally be requested within 45 days after receipt of the product, subject to the applicable return requirements.
No Exchanges. We offer returns but do not offer product exchanges.
Unshipped orders may be canceled for a full refund in accordance with the applicable cancellation rules. Shipped orders generally cannot be canceled and should instead be handled through the applicable return process.
If a product is damaged or incorrect, the customer may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
To request a return or refund, customers should contact us by email and provide the order number and reason for the request. We will review the request based on the circumstances and applicable return requirements.
If a return is required, the customer may need to return the product. After the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customer-initiated returns may be subject to applicable return shipping or handling deductions.
Returns resulting from product quality issues or shipping damage will be handled without customer return costs where applicable.
Products damaged by the customer, or products that otherwise do not meet the applicable return requirements, may be denied a refund.
